OUR STORY

1999 was the start of a passion project between Lid and Francisco. They wanted to have a better representation of their heritage as they had been homesick for the items that they had used daily in their cooking, cleaning and general living. coming to a new culture is difficult and having some of the things from their homeland helped them feel more at home. They also knew that their friends were also feeeling the same way.

Their idea to provide the homegoods to others in a store soon took off and they had to expand their original store into the neighboring businesses.

The success of the east side store showed them that there was a need to serve the communities on the west side and in 2007 they opened their Fitchburg store!

And they are working on opening up another location in the Fitchburg area on Williamsburg Way to further serve the people in late 2024! Stay tuned!
